"I was given a voucher for my baby shower for food postpartum and I can say the food was absolutely delicious. We have now made another order and plan to continue with a couple a week to take the load off. Everyone was also lovely to deal with. Thank you guys!"

"Absolutely love the food factory! Everyone is so welcoming and really do, go above and beyond to make sure you’re well looked after and have the best customer service! Amazing donuts, burgers and heaps of other things being constantly added to the menu, I highly recommend"

"I went here because of good Banh Mi reviews, to find they had taken it off the menu due to lack of sales - but the chef quickly whipped up a very tasty equivalent Aussie version pork roll on demand, aka Barnsey Mi. Great service and atmosphere"

"Brett and the Lilydale Food Factory team have been sustaining my staff & I with nourishing food and coffees for the last few years, always with a friendly and personal greeting. They have also catered for multiple work functions, with the quqlity of the food being appreciated by all. "Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else for a cosy local cafe, they have everything you could possibly think of to cure your hunger or if you want to catchup with a friend for coffee! The staff are incredible, so lovely and accomodating - always feels like a warm hug when you walk in! 10/10 recommend if your in lilydale to stop by"
